Universal Orlando Resort is revolutionizing the way guests with special needs experience their attractions. They're testing a digital version of the Attractions Assistance Pass, offering a seamless and efficient way to skip the lines. This digital pass, similar to Disney's DAS pass, allows guests to request a return time for an attraction through the Universal Orlando Resort app, eliminating the need to physically visit each attraction to obtain a return time. The process is straightforward: guests can select an attraction, review their companion party, and receive a return time based on the current wait time. Upon arrival at the attraction, an Attractions Attendant will validate the return time, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. The digital update, which began testing on December 4, provides an alternative to the physical Attractions Assistance Pass, which guests could previously obtain on the first day of their visit. The digital pass is designed for guests whose disabilities prevent them from waiting for extended periods in an attraction queue environment, offering a more inclusive and accessible experience at Universal Orlando Resort.
